This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off the Candida Albicans and other toxins. It"s an extremely strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He"s used to a high protein diet, which his nutritionist is against all that. What he is wondering is if Candida growth can be affected by protein. He consistently thought protein was great for the immune system. He wants to know what I believe.
