This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off other toxins and the Candida Albicans. It is a really strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He is used to a high protein diet, which his nutritionist is against all that. What he"s wondering is if Candida growth cans impact. He consistently believed protein was not bad for the immune system. He needs to understand what I think.
Jeff had to be pleased to be part of the U.S. Olympic members in Beijing at the age of nearly 41. Yet, Jeff was not 4 inches long from making the finals which had to be a bit disappointing. The most effective vault he did for the Olympics in Beijing was 18 feet, 2 inches and it took 18 feet, 6 inches for 12 of the 38 competitors to make the final round of jumping. Abbreviations - If you are audited, do not count on a chiropractor reviewing your records who"ll know what "PRL" or "ASRA" or even "Sublux" means. For that matter, even a non-chiropractor may have difficulty with non specific abbreviations like "PT." Did you send the patient for part-time or Physical Therapy work? The auditor is not going to try to interpret your abbreviations, especially if there isn"t a key present that describes them. A great SOAP note with one unidentifiable abbreviation can cause you to fail your audit. So, make sure you"re spelling it out definitely (another advantage to EMR, push the button and the word comes out!) or that you supply a key that clearly interprets all your abbreviations.
Assess your communication skills. chiropractic medication is all about working with folks. Besides, these folks are you patients, this means they are in pain. Individuals in pain has a tendency to be impatient, etc. How well can you communicate with folks? How patient are you? How compassionate are you? These questions may be simple to reply promptly.
