All this weight can cause serious back pains along with several physical changes in the posture of the body"s, pelvis, back curve, and abdomen. Pelvic balance is important during pregnancy for several reasons. Can an unbalanced pelvis confine the quantity of space the baby has to grow, but it might help it become harder to deliver the baby while giving birth. An aligned pelvis makes it easier for the baby when it comes time to deliver, to position itself. It also reduces the delivery time. Oh, and here is a fun fact. there are less csections done on girls that have an aligned pelvis versus those that don"t!
