No one enjoys waiting, and when you schedule an appointment at 3pm you should not have to wait until 4pm to see a chiropractor. In my opinion this is unacceptable. Yes there are exceptions here and there, but you should be notified before or have the ability to reschedule if they can not fit you in during the time wanted if those come up.
