It definitely can make sore muscles feel better for a brief time, although it doesn"t heal injuries more rapidly. At minimum, it can help to clear up your sinuses when you"ve a cold! The good news is that Biofreeze is a topical ointment which has much less danger of side effects including anti-inflammatories, than other treatments. And--it"s comparatively affordable!

Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides, slowly lean backward from your midsection as though you are attempting to see the ceiling behind you. Hold for a count of 10. Return to the starting position, then do four more repeats and relax several seconds. Slowly increase repetitions till you can do 12 or 10.

My advice: have some type of insurance, company sponsored or individual. The largest risk of all is to have nothing. That"s a bet I wouldn"t desire to take.
